Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately and send a picture if the item is defective, or thoroughly damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Proof of damage must be provided within 48 hours of the delivery by sending images of the print and packaging to my email (katiebutler37@gmail.com) to be eligible for a free replacement. Beyond the 48 hour window, I cannot offer you a free replacement for your order. 

If a package is lost, to be eligible for a free replacement the courier must show proof that their order was not delivered. Unfortunately, any stolen packages that were successfully delivered are the responsibility of the buyer. 

For all confirmed packages lost of damaged, a free replacement will be sent within 4 business days. 


Exchanges

 
As most products are made print-to-order, I cannot offer exchanges for most products. If you have made a purchase from me locally and are hoping for an exchange, please get in contact and if I have inventory on hand, that will be possible.


Refunds

Customers may get in contact to request a refund. A refund will only be granted if the printing process has not yet begun. The solution for items that fall under "damages and issues" will be a product replacement.
