Please check product descriptions to see whether you're attempting to order a SIGNED print.

All SIGNED printed products delivered to locations within Canada are subject to a flat shipping rate of $10 and $20 for the US, as these products are personally packaged and shipped. A default flat rate of $100 will be applied for all other international deliveries of SIGNED printed products. Please contact by email at katiebutler37@gmail.com to provide your address and request a custom discount code so that the overall price reflects the shipping costs to your home country.

This does not apply to printed products that are not explicitly signed as they are made internationally available and affordable through dropshipping. There may be no refunds upon purchase and the specific shipping cost for your region will be calculated at checkout.

Any additional taxes or duties charged for the product upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer. Failure to pay these will not be grounds for a refund or replacement.

All physical custom painting orders will require an additional shipping cost that cannot be predetermined with accuracy before the creation of the artwork. A shipping price estimate will be provided at the same time that a quote for the piece is given.
