Shipping policy

All printed products delivered to locations within Canada are subject to a flat shipping rate of $10 and $20 for the US. For all other international deliveries, a default flat rate of $100 will be applied. PLEASE get in contact by email at katiebutler37@gmail.com to provide your address and request a custom discount code so that the overall price is reflective of the shipping costs to your home country.

Any additional taxes or duties charged for the product upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer. Failure to pay these will not be grounds for a refund or replacement.

All physical custom painting orders will require an additional shipping cost that cannot be predetermined with accuracy prior to the creation of the artwork. A shipping price estimate will be provided at the same time that a quote for the piece is given.
